Doesnt work at all!!!

I downloaded this thinking it would send texts automatically at a scheduled time to discover you have to upgrade to a paid subscription to use that feature. I decided to keep the app anyway since it would still remind me to send them later but I set two test schedules to remind me to text my wife and they never even notified me. THIS APP DOESNT WORK!!!

WHY DOES APPLE LET DEVELOPERS PUT THIS CRAP IN THE STORE WHEN THE APP DOESNT EVEN WORK????
